Refund & Return Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
Services & Digital Products:
Fees for consulting services, creative services, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once services have commenced or digital materials have been delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Physical Merchandise:
Unused and unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
